Happy Monday! Monday’s suck, but why not start it off with an awesome smoothie that’s healthy and equally as delicious? Today you can! I always find recipes on Pinterest and then modify them to my taste. Remember, cooking/baking/etc is just an experiment and you’re the scientist!
Blueberry Pancake Smoothie
– handful of oats (I use Nature Valley oats n’ honey flavor)
– 1/2 a cup of blueberries
-1 cup coconut milk
-a splash of cinnamon
And…. it’s as simple as that! Enjoy.
