Happiness (rx): day one

I’ve been working out hard for about a month now. Along with working out I’ve been eating really clean. On this blog I’m going to share workouts (some totally doable at home), recipes, advice, how to start, social media pages you have to follow, you name it! I’m so excited to share this journey with everyone.
